Eden says the island is where the thickest, darkest and richest dulse grows. During harvesting and drying, extra care is taken to disrupt nearby ecology or take more than a sustainable yield. Eden Foods suggests using dulse in salads, sandwiches, soups, stir fries and baked goods.
