The vegan seafood maker Sophie’s Kitchen has introduced new canned VeganToona to its non-GMO line. The 100% plant-based “tuna” comes in sea salt or black pepper and is made with Konjac root, an Asian plant low in calories and high in fiber. The product is cholesterol free and contains no added sugar.
