Our new Organic Blue Agave Nectar products are extracted from the core of the blue agave plant grown in Mexico. The Light agave nectar is slightly thinner in consistency than honey and has a neutral, mild flavor. The Amber agave nectar has a full flavor and a darker hue. Both products are gluten free, have a low glycemic index, and are the perfect replacement for high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS).
The most recent addition to our product line is high-intensity, zero-calorie stevia and stevia blends. This all-natural product is the perfect sweetener substitute for specialty drinks, hot or cold beverages such as coffee or tea, and a great alternative for baking pies and other desserts.
